At Interior Decor Mall, we are committed to ensuring you receive the high-quality, classy, and authentic decor items you expect. We inspect all items before delivery. However, we understand that issues can sometimes occur.
This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return or exchange an item. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return & Exchange Window
You must initiate a return or exchange request within three (3) days of receiving your item. The delivery date will be used as the first day.
Requests made after this 3-day window will unfortunately not be accepted.
2. Conditions for a Valid Return or Exchange
We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Item: The item arrived broken, faulty, or clearly damaged.
Wrong Item Received: You received a different item, color, or size than what you ordered.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind.” Please be sure of your purchase, measurements, and color choices before placing an order.
3. Required Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item MUST be:
Unused and Unaltered: The item must be in the exact same condition you received it. It must not have been used, assembled, installed, or altered in any way.
In Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, including all inserts, manuals, and accessories. Items not in their original packaging cannot be returned.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and logistical reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Scented Candles & Diffusers
Bedsheets & Pillows
Curtains (once package is opened)
Wallpapers
Items on Sale or Clearance
5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Provide Details: In your message, please include:
Your Name and Order Number
A clear photo or video of the damaged/defective or wrong item
A photo of the item in its original packaging
Await Instructions: Do not send any item back until you have received confirmation and return instructions from our team.
6. Inspection Process
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions listed in Sections 2 and 3.
If the return is approved, we will process your exchange or store credit.
If the return is rejected (e.g., the item is used, not in original packaging, or not defective), we will contact you to arrange for the item to be returned to you at your own cost.
7. Exchanges & Store Credit
Exchanges: For approved returns (damaged, defective, or wrong item), we will arrange to send you a replacement of the exact same item. If the item is out of stock, we will offer you a store credit.
Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds. Approved returns that cannot be exchanged will be issued as Store Credit only, which you can use for a future purchase.
